Everything about this restaurant screams 'perfection' in my humble opinion. I've been a regular at 'Piang' for around 3 years (my friends who posted a review here first introduced me to this fabulous little underrated restaurant). I absolutely love it, and firmly believe it's a Khon Kaen treasure. I don't believe it's easy to find good Italian food in Khon Kaen (I'll leave it at that), but this restaurant is a gem. I've known Pii Ae for a while now, and I have nothing but praise for her as a person and a skilled cook of Italian food (one of the best cuisines on the planet in my book). She is generous, warm and fair. And her Tigella and Panzerotto are 2 items on her menu to die for. Please try it and you'll find out for yourself that it's simply the 'real deal'.
