Pierre Hermé - the god of French Pastry. The ‘tarte infiniment vanille’ hit the spot, the vanilla flavour takes the centrepiece. The crust of the tart itself was slighty overcooked though. The service needs improvement, take note that there is a minimum spend during weekends and the labelled price does not include tax (which makes the final price even pricier).
