Very well cooked through. Here in Taiwan many places undercook the dough leaving a Nan texture. This pizza had plenty of sauce and a rich flavor. Price per person: NT$600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pizza, Four Cheese with Walnuts and Honey, Artisanal Plain Focaccia Vegetarian options: Vegetable pizza available
