We had 7 days worth of breakfasts and some lunches and dinners at Portosino, it has been hands down the best part of our holiday! The food options were amazing and tasty. Many new options each day. Thai, Indian, western options available. The made to order omelet eggs were delicious. Without a doubt the best thing about our experience has been the staff. Chef Un, Catoon and Chef Shishir they all went out of their way everyday to make sure we had everything we needed, our coffee cups were full and offering us great ideas for places to explore around Phuket! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿200–400 Dietary restrictions: I have many dietary restrictions and the chef/staff helped me everyday. All the food options are clearly marked with most allergens also! Kid-friendliness: We have a 4 month old baby. He loved coming in and the staff were so lovely with him.

As guests of Avista Grande Phuket, we visited Portosino Restaurant every morning for breakfast during our 7-day stay and also had dinner there on our first evening. Portosino is a lovely, elegant, and well-ventilated restaurant inside the hotel with an incredibly professional and attentive service team. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to our waiter, JAYANT. Throughout the entire week, he was always attentive to us, anticipated our needs, and brought us everything we requested with a warm smile. He truly provided outstanding service. The food was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options, including different kinds of honey, and some of the hot dishes changed daily, which kept the experience fresh and interesting. Dinner was also very good. Although there are many wonderful restaurant options around Karon and Phuket, we still enjoyed our meal at Portosino, especially considering the 20% dining voucher offered to hotel guests on their first day. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of the entire service team. They were always nearby whenever we needed something and consistently served us with genuine smiles. I highly recommend Portosino Restaurant to anyone staying at the hotel or visiting the area.
