I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Portosino. The food was delicious, fresh, and absolutely worth it. A special thank you to Chef Rana and Chef Shishir, who were incredibly humble, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our breakfast even more enjoyable. They are truly some of the best people I’ve met, and their passion for providing a great dining experience really shows. Absolutely loved the rooftop bar!! The rooftop bar was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It offered stunning nighttime views, a stylish yet comfortable setting, and a lovely and ambient atmosphere. The warm lighting and open-air design made it the perfect place to relax with a drink after dinner. I could sit here for hours listening to their amazing music playlist!! As guests of Avista Grande Phuket, we visited Portosino Restaurant every morning for breakfast during our 7-day stay and also had dinner there on our first evening. Portosino is a lovely, elegant, and well-ventilated restaurant inside the hotel with an incredibly professional and attentive service team. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to our waiter, JAYANT. Throughout the entire week, he was always attentive to us, anticipated our needs, and brought us everything we requested with a warm smile. He truly provided outstanding service. The food was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options, including different kinds of honey, and some of the hot dishes changed daily, which kept the experience fresh and interesting. Dinner was also very good. Although there are many wonderful restaurant options around Karon and Phuket, we still enjoyed our meal at Portosino, especially considering the 20% dining voucher offered to hotel guests on their first day. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of the entire service team. They were always nearby whenever we needed something and consistently served us with genuine smiles. I highly recommend Portosino Restaurant to anyone staying at the hotel or visiting the area.
