I ordered 2 small donuts for take away. The donuts are gooey with toppings. The clerk tried to put them in a paper bag and I asked if she could put it in one of the boxes as I needed to carry it and it would ruin both donuts by the time I got home if in the paper bag. Absolutely refused to give me a box unless I bought a minimum of 3. Lost a customer because of it. Not good customer service.

Hi, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear what happened. Usually it is our policy to only provide boxes when sold as box of 3,6,12. When customers want individual donuts, or 2, we put them in bags. However, we hear you, & will investigate further into this to see how we can be more flexible in some situations. We definitely do not what your donuts to be ruined!
