Service at this bar is something one can name nice. The pleasant atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more guests. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, PUB33 deserved 4.1.

This is my second time visiting this place, and both experiences were disappointing. The service was poor, and communication was difficult because some staff could not understand or speak properly with customers. I already informed the owner, but the response I got was basically “please understand because it’s Friday.” Honestly, I don’t understand what I’m supposed to understand when I arrived while the place was still not busy and still received bad service. The security was also disappointing. On my first visit, a woman came to disturb my table and tried to take our balloons, but security did nothing. On my most recent visit, a man kept bothering my table and security still did not remove him even though he was being very annoying. Overall, I’m mostly disappointed with the service and customer safety management Price per person: ฿2,000+ Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
