ホテルのサイトから予約しました。そこに示されるコースの種類と価格は最新ではないので注意が必要です(古い情報は削除されるべきです) 。ホテルに直接予約の場合、お昼は１つのコースのみです。仕方なくそれをいただきましたが、正直申し上げてとてもお値段に見合うお料理とは思えませんでした。他予約サイトの優恵やホテルの期間限定格安クーポンが存在しますので、それを見越した上でのお料理なのかしらという印象。

The service staff were attentive and professional throughout the evening, contributing positively to the dining atmosphere. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the execution of the food, particularly the goose breast, which was noticeably too firm and lacked the tenderness expected from a well-prepared dish. After being asked for feedback, I politely shared my concern regarding the texture of the goose breast. Manager Julian later explained that the restaurant’s preparation style differs from traditional 燒臘-style roasting. While I understand that culinary interpretations may vary, the manner in which the explanation was delivered came across as somewhat dismissive and lacking in hospitality, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. In my opinion, regardless of cooking style, a professionally executed goose dish should still maintain a balanced and enjoyable texture. Although the service team was generally courteous, the handling of customer feedback left room for improvement and ultimately impacted the overall dining experience.
