Had a wonderful experience at Great World City Putien. Always come to this branch. Especially Thanks to Xin Yi and HK. They were warm, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the whole experience very pleasant. It's always refreshing to meet staff who genuinely care about customers. This is the dirst time we dine at this restuarant. We must commend it is an amazing experience. There is a dish we ordered and later decided to replace it with another. By the time we are being served, we forget about it. After a short while, a manager comes to inform us and assured us there is mo charge! Through our dining, there is a staff named H. K. He will check at our dining. While he is clearing the table, we continue the conversation. After he completes it, he commended we are such nice customers, he will give us a surprise! Each of us has a dessert at the end of this lunch! Thank you H. K.! You take our dining experience to the next level! Certainly our 90th years old mum is pleasantly delighted with the day because of you! You are such a rare gem for your company! Great experience at Putien Great World, world class service from the team here especially Song Bao and Penny who made sure they saw to our every need and more with a smile! Food is great, and best place to eat with families, kids are well taken care off! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Putien Lor Mee Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free!
