I ordered twice on different occasions. However the 2nd time they forgot to pack ice for the iced drinks we ordered. They have decent matcha and good selections of pastries. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 3

I received less than half a cup of matcha simply because I asked for the ice on the side. That’s unacceptable. Asking for ice separately should NOT mean getting half a drink. I paid full price and expected a full serving, not to be ripped off for a basic request. Very disappointing and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
