ゆっくり読書ができて有り難かった。シンガポールのカフェは多くが予約制で時間に制限がある上にお値段が高いから、正直落ち着いて食事もできない、読書なんてもってのほかって所多いけど、ココは違う。お値段もリーズナブル！居心地が良かった。ケーキも美味しそうだったけど、最近甘いものが遠ざかってるので頂きませんでした。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10

Jalan Besar community clubの１階にあるカフェ。場所柄、年配の方が多いかと思いましたが、カフェの雰囲気は洗練されていて、仕事や勉強に利用されている方が多い印象でした。 今回、ハンドドリップのコーヒーをいただきましたが、スタッフのコーヒーの説明が素晴らしく、より美味しく楽しめました。 お茶の種類も多く、次回はケーキと共に楽しむために再訪したいです。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A comfortable neighborhood spot with good service, but average coffee. Located conveniently under an HDB block right near the community centre, Pacto by Parchmen is a welcoming and unassuming neighborhood cafe. The Vibe & Setup, The internal setup is genuinely nice. The space is well-utilized with plenty of tables and chairs, so you don't feel cramped. It has a very comfortable atmosphere, making it a great spot to sit down, relax, or catch up with friends. Service The highlight of my visit was definitely the service. The staff members are incredibly approachable, warm, and attentive. Good service can make or break a cafe experience, and the team here definitely delivers on that front. The Coffee, I ordered a Iced Piccolo, but it fell a bit short of my expectations. In my view, the coffee taste wasn't very strong and lacked the robust punch you would typically expect from this drink. Overall, it was a pretty average coffee experience for me. Verdict If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable environment with great service to chill out for a bit, this place is absolutely worth a visit. However, if you are highly particular about having a strong, bold cup of coffee, the brew here might leave you wanting a little bit more.
