This is a authentic pad thai made with charcoal fire in the traditional way and served on fresh banana leaves along with fresh garlic chives, shredded green mango, a slice of banana flowers, slice of lime. Pad thai is fragrant, flavorful but clean (not greasy). This tiny family business is situated on the opposite side of the street from a 3-star hotel called Cinnamon Residence. There are quite a variety of pad thai dishes e.g. original shrimp pad thai, pad thai with pork, pad thai with crab meat, pad thai with big river prawns, pad thai with mixed seafood etc. Open-air seating area among greenery. Do expect some waiting time but also be prepared to eat one of the most authentic pad thai ever. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
