I was working hard, and after lunch I went to grab a cool iced coffee to bring back and keep working, but the staff member’s attitude was so curt and unfriendly that it completely ruined my mood, and I went back to work like that. But since I’m a professional, I didn’t want that employee’s service to ruin my day or mess up my work, so I put it all out of my mind and threw myself into my work. Like the rest of us who wait at the crosswalk, cross, wait again, and cross again just to get back to the office in this heat, I really can’t understand why someone working in a nice air-conditioned place would be so irritable and curt. People like that are exactly the type who go somewhere else and complain like crazy about everything. If the employees have that kind of attitude, I really wonder how the owner of that shop is doing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
