I was curious how this place was graded at 4.9 on Google map after a visit. This is Chinese place, so called serving Korean-Chinese food, and I used to evaluate the value from the most popular amongst the menu, Jjajianmien. I couldn't find it on the menu plate as it was named totally different from the original one. Jjajangmien was uniquely developed by immigrated folks from China into S.Korea during the civil revolution around 1960. So it's not Chinese menu and it has been the easiest way to show the standards of the food grade for the place. The single menu named wierdly was priced at 15k KRW which is almost doubled price than the normal Jjajangmien, and served with plenty of seafood. Pros was, the noodle was cooked well so tengible enough as other good Korean-Chinese restaurent. But the Cons were, the sauce was intentionally sweetened which should've been derived from high-temp broiled onion if in the typical way, but this seemed to have some sugar or other sweetner, and nothing about the cooked onion was shown. This point is really bad and can't be dismissed by using other good ingredients as it's not the original way to make the flavor. The food can't be graded high in my standard. I'd rather try one more shot to visit later to taste other cuisinary menus if I want, as this time was just a stop-by for a simple meal. However I already score higher other place near this place for Korean-Chinese, so I'm not likely make another shot. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
