I had pretty high expectations for my order. My popcorn came super flat and stale. All of the air in the bag had leaked out, which in turn made the popcorn stale before the bag was opened. My guacamole was super oily with whatever kind of oil they used? Oil doesn’t go in guacamole so I have no idea why mine was swimming in it. My salad had brown lettuce. Just very disappointed for the price.

Ordered a few weeks ago some food. Today we tried the italian beef ragu. Flavorwise it was ok, but the beef chunks were really undercooked. Had to take a knife to cut it. And a beef stew has to be so tender it falls apart as far as I'm concerned. Rather disappointing and won't order it again. Just see how the rest turns out. But I'm a bit sceptical after this experience.

Excellent, delicious, high quality meat! So why only 2 stars? The courier service, with its delivery window of an entire day, and no communication or updates re. your delivery. They're horribly unreliable and Paleo Robbie offers ZERO compensation, even if your delivery is 2,3 or even more days late. No offer of free delivery on your next order, no offer of a discount for the inconvenience, NADA!! Nothing but an empty apology and the attitude that it's out of their hands and if it's late it's not their problem. With better delivery and customer service this would be an easy 5 stars because the food quality is superb. As it is I can't recommend them, only if you're prepared to accept the god awful so called delivery and non existant customer service
