This is a tough one to ratePalette is the buffet restaurant on the ground floor of Hotel Grand Mayfull. Asking a diner to rate the hotel rooms? Well, if the Chihuly-like ceiling glass artwork is real - the lobby and the restaurant decor is fantastic. This is a full service hotel with an eye on detail. Aiming to please is the message presented by the greeters who opened your car door and guided you into the lobby, and the friendly and attentive servers inside the restaurant. Food wise, seafood lovers will enjoy this place. The dessert section is also nice. The remaining sections are pretty average given the many buffet options in Taipei Service: 5
