2026年5月11日18:00頃: オーダーしたフードが店員に忘れられて10分、後から来た客のフードが運ばれて、店員が忘れていることに気づく。店員に忘れていることを話したら謝る素振りも見せず、黙々と面倒くさそうにフードを用意して、嫌々そうにフードを渡す女性店員。 アルバイトや社員を教育するという風習がここのKFC店舗には無いのだろう。教育制度がないにしても、アルバイトの質が低すぎる。採用も誰でも良いのだろう。早く店員を解雇して、新しい人を雇った方が良い。. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are Sri Lankan tourists staying at The Berkeley Hotel in Bangkok, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. The food was genuinely great and delicious, but the service completely ruined our visit. The staff were extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. They spoke to us with no manners, no respect, and made us feel very uncomfortable from the moment we interacted with them. What shocked us the most was that they personally approached us and asked to see our bill, as if we had to prove we were legitimate customers. The way they handled the situation and the words they used were humiliating and disrespectful. As foreign tourists, we genuinely felt we were treated differently because we are Sri Lankan. The behaviour came across as racist and discriminatory, and it left us in complete shock. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or embarrassed like that. Good food cannot make up for terrible customer service. Management seriously needs to investigate the behaviour of these staff members and provide proper customer service and ethics training. This experience was completely unacceptable, and we hope no other tourists have to go through the same treatment. Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
