Pallet Bistro is a surprise as far as flavor and quality. Would highly recommend the Parmesan risotto with seafood marinara and truffle fries as an appetizer. Mom got the cuttlefish Caesar. It’s not a savory Caesar, more of an Asian style sweet dressing. For a tourist area, it’s tasty and clean. Also dog friendly! If you need a place to sit and escape the hustle and bustle, I would recommend. My only issue is that if you are not tech savvy, it takes a minute on how to figure out the order system. Sometimes offering to take an order is helpful. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
