チェンマイから1時間程度で来れる場所ですが コーヒーの産地として有名です。 コーヒー農園が見たくってやってきて、その途中で休憩をするためにここでコーヒーを飲みました。ここはコーヒーの生産から焙煎 販売もしており お土産にコーヒーを1袋 買いました 少し値段は高かったですがきっといいものなんでしょう。家に帰ってからコーヒーを立てるのが待ち遠しいです。他の人のコメントにあったようにお店の方はちょっと 愛想がないのですが質問したことに対しては 的確に答えてくれ 私が注文した ホットコーヒーにも、深煎りの豆がいいか浅煎りの豆がいいか聞いてくれるなどとてもプロフェッショナルな感じがしました。 敷地内の大きな木にはツリーハウスなどもあり 若い人には人気がありそうです。 眺めもよくおしゃれなカフェでおすすめします。. Palore Coffee & Tea House – A Hidden Gem in the Hills of Doi Saket Tucked away in the misty hills of Thep Sadet, Doi Saket, Palore Coffee & Tea House is easily one of the most memorable café stops in the Chiang Mai countryside. The drive out is part of the charm — winding mountain roads through the coffee-growing village of Ban Pang Hai lead you somewhere that feels worlds away from the city, and the payoff is absolutely worth it. The first thing that strikes you is the setting. The café is built across several levels, with a striking multi-story suspension bridge stretching up toward a treehouse-style viewing platform. Walking to the top rewards you with sweeping views over the surrounding hills and village, especially beautiful in the early morning when fog rolls through the valley. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to put your phone away and just take it all in — though of course, it's also a fantastic photo opportunity if you're into that. As for the coffee itself, it's genuinely excellent. Palore grows and roasts its own beans locally, and you can taste the difference. The espresso has a bright, slightly fruity edge to it, and the drip coffee is smooth and full of character. If you're a tea person, they haven't been left behind either — Palore has its own house tea brand, and the hot cappuccino and iced Americano both come highly recommended by regulars. Even the food menu, which mixes Thai dishes with simple Western options, holds its own alongside the drinks. One of the best surprises is the pricing. Given the setting and the quality of what's on offer, it's remarkably affordable — this isn't a place that charges a premium just because the view is Instagram-worthy. You can easily spend a whole afternoon here without breaking the bank. The atmosphere throughout is relaxed and unhurried. Seating is spread across the different levels of the building, with a small artificial waterfall adding to the calm, natural feel. There are plenty of quiet corners if you want to sit and read or work, and equally plenty of scenic spots if you're there with friends or family looking for a good time and good photos. It has the kind of unpretentious charm that places like Mae Kampong are known for, without the crowds. Before you leave, it's worth stopping by the little shop on site — they sell their own roasted coffee beans, dried tea, and locally produced macadamia nut oil, all nicely packaged and perfect for taking home or gifting. All in all, Palore Coffee & Tea House delivers on every front: genuinely good coffee, a gorgeous natural setting, a fun bit of adventure with the suspension bridge, and prices that won't leave you wincing at the bill. If you're exploring the Doi Saket area or doing a café-hopping day trip through the hills east of Chiang Mai, this one deserves a spot at the top of your list. Highly recommended.
