I have been here twice, and both times my turn in the queue was postponed. Please make it possible to transfer a visitor with their queue number to another specialist. I don’t understand why I have to wait in line twice when it was your own staff who issued me the wrong ticket. This feels very outdated and inefficient. The specialists themselves are nice and polite. However, waiting for more 30 minutes is simply unacceptable, especially considering that there were only three visitors when I arrived. Service: 2
