Straits Cuisineのレストラン。 古くからの伝統料理と貿易と植民地時代の食文化、そして地元の食材を組み合わせた、プラナカン、ユーラシアン、マレー、インド、アングロ・インディアンなど、多文化が共生するハイブリッドな料理を提供しています。 世界遺産のボタニック・ガーデンに位置しています。 緑豊かな美しい景観を眺めながら食事が楽しめます。 2024年にミシュラン1つ星を獲得しています。 スパイスやドライナッツやドライフルーツを使用したティーペアリング 全て手作りだそうです。 今までにいただいたことのないユニークなティー。5グラスとも独創的で味わい深かったです。 258SGDのコースをいただきました。 古くから受け継がれてきたシンガポールの味を、現代的なテクニックで再構築。シェフの独創的な感性が光る、五感を刺激する新感覚の料理をご堪能いただけます。 サービスが素晴らしいです。スマートだけでなく、心のこもった給仕で、まるで友人の家に招かれている感覚を覚えました。 また訪れたいお店の一つになりました。. Had a reservation for lunch, the drive up is like you are going for a private party or banquet.... along a country road into a private building. They are serving discovery lunch set, appetizer was amazing with homemade prawn cracker, beautiful crafted Ngoh hiang, what impressed me most is the prata puff that stuff with veg.. it really bring you back to straits heritage days of cultured mixed of Indian, malay, chinese herbs and ingredients..blended well. The Pang sushi was my favourite, it is like bo lo bao, it is a like the early 1800s European influence to baking cuisine in early Singapore. The bun is amazingly crisp on top, soft around with the lberico pork inside... wish they sell it off the counter too. Another dish that blow my mind off is rhe Oxtail satay, see my photo.. no ordinary satay..ox tail stew into softness and roasted with fragrance of some type of wood that gives the smoky flavour...this is truly like kitchen in the olden days..smoky during every meal prep. The main course is really filling, japanese egg sunny side up top with some great respect... like Indonesian or bali..cuisine. Dessert was good bite size classic nonya kueh, may look normal but taste exceptional. Definitely will come back again for another experience.. Truly the the research done to recreated these recipes of rhe past is a respectable. Well done Chef Malcom. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

recently had the pleasure of dining at Pangium Peranakan, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The restaurant offers authentic Peranakan cuisine that is rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Every dish we ordered was delicious and packed with traditional spices and ingredients that highlight the uniqueness of Peranakan cooking. The flavors were well-balanced and comforting, making each bite memorable. You can really taste the authenticity and quality of the food. The ambience of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were also friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the dishes, which added to the overall positive experience. Meal type: Dinner
