Pang's Kitchen in Happy Valley has quickly become our favourite spot for Cantonese cuisine. It’s a small family-run restaurant serving some exceptional quality food. Be sure to try their crispy chicken and the sweet and sour pork with strawberries. What sets Pang's Kitchen apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff are attentive and friendly. They also offered us some fantastic recommendations for what to order as it was our first time there. I cannot recommend Pang's Kitchen highly enough – it's a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable meal in Happy Valley!
