**A True Hidden Gem in Pattaya – Highly Recommended!** If you are looking for an exceptional dining experience that feeds both the body and the soul, Panjab Grill is an absolute must-visit. It is a wonderfully eclectic, small Indian restaurant that completely stands out from the crowd. The food here is outstanding. Every dish was perfectly spiced and, importantly, not swimming in excess oil. The owner mentioned that he insists on using only the highest quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste that commitment to quality in every single bite. The service wasn’t just good; it was deeply genuine and personal. The owner, a wonderfully positive and wise Sardarji, is incredibly gracious and radiates a beautiful, welcoming energy. Beyond the fantastic meal, I actually walked away having picked up some genuine life wisdom from our conversation. It is rare to find a place where the hospitality feels this authentic.
