This was actually my third time dining here. The atmosphere remains beautiful as always, and the location within the hotel creates a unique dining experience. However, this visit was quite disappointing compared to my previous experiences. I understand that many of the guests are international visitors, but hearing staff use inappropriate language in the restaurant negatively affected the atmosphere, especially considering the price point and the standard expected from a restaurant located within a hotel of this level. Another area that needs improvement is the reception process. Upon arrival, there was no clear guidance on where restaurant guests should go, leaving us waiting and feeling confused. Ironically, when I first visited during the COVID period, when there were fewer staff and guests, I felt the service and hospitality were much warmer and more attentive than they are today. Overall, the food and atmosphere are still enjoyable, but the service experience on this visit did not meet the standards I had come to expect from this restaurant. I found hiddem gem of authentic thai restaurant on cape panwa, local taste & real southern dishes. Quite high price but reasonable for dining experiences in phuket Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
