Excellent local mini-mart with amazing service! Papaya Mini-Mart is one of those places that makes your stay in Thailand easier and more enjoyable. The shop is well-stocked with everything you might need, from drinks and snacks to everyday essentials. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. What we especially appreciate is the warm local atmosphere and the genuine hospitality. It’s a great place to stop by for a cold drink, a quick snack, or to pick up supplies before exploring the area. If you're visiting Rawai, we highly recommend stopping here. And while you're in the neighborhood, don't miss Nui Restaurant Rawai, where you can enjoy authentic Thai food made with fresh ingredients. Many of our guests say that our Mango Sticky Rice is the best they've had in Thailand – and we're very proud of that! Thank you to the team at Papaya Mini-Mart for your kindness and excellent service. We always enjoy visiting and look forward to coming back again! Highly recommended!

Drinks are not cold and staff is never friendly

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience.Our refrigerators are regularly checked and kept at the correct temperature, but because they are front-loading, drinks placed at the front after delivery may not be fully chilled yet, while colder ones are in the back. We remind our staff to rotate stock properly so that cold drinks are always available at the front, but it's not always possible during peak times. We sincerely apologize if this caused any inconvenience, and we will work harder to make sure you always find your drinks refreshingly cold. Regarding your comment about our staff, we will also remind them of the importance of being welcoming and friendly. We truly appreciate your input and hope to give you a better experience on your next visit.
