We had a great experience at Paper Rice. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. We especially enjoyed the fresh rice vermicelli with grilled pork and the Vietnamese-style grilled pork chop rice—both were flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly prepared. The staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant also has a cozy, homey ambience that made the dining experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. It felt like the perfect place to enjoy a comforting meal with family or friends. We’ll definitely be back for more! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great experience at Paper Rice Vietnamese Kitchen. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. We ordered the Paper Rice Signature Set for 4 pax, and it was excellent value for money. The variety of dishes allowed everyone to try something different, and each item was well-prepared and packed with authentic Vietnamese flavors. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant also had a clean and cozy atmosphere, making it a nice spot for both casual meals and gatherings with friends or family. Overall, a satisfying experience with good food and excellent service. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend giving the Signature Set a try. Dining at Paper Rice feels like stepping into a modern Vietnamese eatery that balances authenticity with accessibility. The menu highlights fresh herbs, grilled meats, and rice-based staples, and my visit was no exception. Ordered the Fresh Rice Vermicelli with Grilled Pork - a vibrant bowl layered with silky vermicelli, crisp vegetables, and smoky grilled pork. The pork carried a charred aroma with a hint of sweetness, pairing beautifully with the tangy fish sauce dressing. Each bite was refreshing yet hearty. Yellow Ginger Skewer Barbecue Meat Platter- this platter was the star of the meal. The skewers were marinated with turmeric and ginger, giving the meat a golden hue and earthy fragrance. Grilled to perfection, the meat was tender inside with a satisfying char outside. The platter offered variety and was ideal for sharing, though I happily tackled it solo. Paper Rice delivers a reliable Vietnamese dining experience at Changi City Point. The grilled pork vermicelli is a comforting staple, while the ginger skewer platter adds a punch of spice and smokiness. Together, they make for a satisfying meal worth revisiting.
