Had my first meal here with friends and really enjoyed it! The Spicy Beef Pho tasted fresh and delicious, and the crackers made a great snack. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and has a lovely ambience. A wonderful dining experience overall! An unexpected find! Wanted a quick bite after my haircut and I chanced upon Paper Rice Vietnamese Kitchen @PS. The quick meal turned out to be one of the best Vietnamese food I ever had. The bread was done just right, crispy on the outside and the pork slices were well seasoned and succulent. The set also includes a beverage and I had a hot lemongrass drink which is absolutely refreshing and paired well with the meal. Not forgetting 2 generous serving of the prawn rice spring rolls. This set meal is indeed hearty and satisfying. Highly recommended! Looking forward to try the other set meals. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food is delicious, and there are plenty of à la carte options as well as many choices for families to enjoy together. I especially like that they have special discounted menus on certain days of the week(one item per group). Since it’s located inside Plaza Singapura, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal in a cool and comfortable environment. Paper Rice @ Plaza Singapura is a nice spot for a casual and satisfying meal.
