Love this niche bakery and pastry corner at the ground floor entrance to Yoho Mall I towards the cinema complex. Their pastry selections are awesome, special and so good. They offer great coffee. All offered at a fair price. There is a little seating area attached to the bakery where one can sit and enjoy the order made Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

There has been so many trends in Hong Kong and whatever has trended has been put in drinks, bakery etc. The Butterfly pea flower has now been found in bread!! Tried the butterfly pea blueberry cheese bread from Paper Stone Bakery. The texture of this bread is very chewy and crammed with lots of blueberries and cheese on the first slice. Overall, I was very pleased with the bread because it had a good texture and it wasn't sweetened. The only sweetness came from the blueberries so it wasn't overly sweet.
