The restaurant's ambiance is very comfortable, the service is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The view overlooks the harbor, and sometimes you can see the planes departing from Kaohsiung Airport. I came on a quiet day. Meal time: 2024/7 weekday evenings Set menu: NT$3,680/person The restaurant is located on the 26th floor of Chengyi Hotel. It has large glass windows where you can see the sunset! Before the meal, we already knew that the original chef had left. Fabien, a Frenchman, had taken over as the chef. He had also worked at Meixiang Restaurant in Kaohsiung before. As soon as we arrived at the meal, the receptionist guided us to sit down at the small round table, served us a welcome drink and explained today's pairing choices. After finishing drinking, you can officially take your seat for dining. For meals, you’ll never get tired of Papillon’s classic phyllo bread. The wagyu taste goes well with it, and the wood-fired chicken soup is also very good (especially if you drink it in a French restaurant) Next is the part I don’t understand, maybe because it’s summer?
