Very disappointing and misleading experience at Paradise Beach Phuket. I paid for one of the large tables, which was presented as including food and access to the beach facilities. After enjoying the beach and swimming in the sea, I attempted to use the swimming pool, only to be stopped by staff and told that pool access was not included in my package. They then demanded additional payment. The issue is that there was absolutely no clear information, sign, or written evidence stating that pool access was excluded. The staff simply told me that the rules had recently changed. If that is true, customers should be informed before they pay, not after they have already spent money and are trying to use the facilities. What frustrated me even more was the lack of professionalism. When I asked to speak with a manager or requested a contact number for someone responsible, the staff refused to provide one. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they simply repeated the same explanation and offered no solution. This experience felt misleading, poorly managed, and customer-unfriendly. Transparency and customer service are essential in a tourist destination, and unfortunately Paradise Beach failed in both areas. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Service: 1

Very disappointing experience at Paradise Beach, Phuket. We were excited to visit Paradise Beach, but our experience was ruined at the entrance itself. The reception lady was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way she spoke to visitors. We noticed she was behaving harshly not just to us, but to several other tourists as well. As paying visitors, we expected at least basic courtesy and hospitality. Instead, the interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, so we decided not to enter the beach at all. Paradise Beach may be beautiful, but customer service matters just as much as the location. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff, because no visitor should be treated this way during their holiday. Service: 1
