Thank you Paradise Beach Resort for beeing so kind and when our 4 week honeymoon to Thailand got cancelled last minute due to cancelled flights. We had a week long stay booked at the resort that we were so excited for. We got a full refund and therefor we will be able to book a new honeymoon for next year. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you! Service: 5

It‘s a beautiful resort with a beautiful beach and amazing turquoise deep water perfect for swimming. The jungle garden is lush and absolutely magnificent, especially to wake up in the mornings. However all is absolutely not worth the money. For Island Standard it should be 50% less the paid rate. Even restaurant is pricey and food not good at all. Menu is completely outdated and not kids friendly. Fast food only. Breakfast seems like a wide variety but it’s not good quality and doesn’t feel fresh. No options on alternative diary. Not very accommodating coffee menu. Trying to get out of here sooner. Service: 2

Comfortable clean room, perfect bed, quiet. All hotel services were rendered by super friendly and helpful staff members. ALL services from booking to bike and car rental to food quality to room service etc . Location is on the seaside and quietly positioned at less than 1 km from a main road with shops
