Paid $45 cannot fill 2 people up and had to eat again elsewhere?? Can't believe how stingy the business is..

1st time to paradise inn at seletar mall today to celebrate my dad's birthday. Bad experiences all in 1 visit! * Overcharge me $30 despite filling in membership form which was supposed to deduct $30 from total bill. Had to walk back to void sale and repay the right amount. * Nobody told me about how to use the membership. Just give me a form to fill and get me to pay $30 for the membership. didn't even tell me what is my membership ID or explain how to use his membership in future. * Key my name and nric number wrongly, my hand writing could have been ambiguous but preventive measures could be taken by confirming with customers verbally before keying in. * The food was really so -so too. Though there was apology, there were a total of 3 ladies who helped me with the membership filling up and dealing of the overcharge. No one realise anyting till I have to check my own bill to find out the $30 overcharge, resulting in the void of the full dining amt & a repayment of the correct amt. Poor customer service like this should not be tolerated.
