Five stars! This is a hidden gem for coffee and tea lovers. Their roast is spot on, and the tea selection is exceptionally high quality. Everything from the aroma to the taste shows a great attention to detail. Definitely the best spot in the area for a serious brew!

purchased a bag of coffee beans from this roastery and was very disappointed. After brewing at home, the cup had an overwhelming artificial peach flavor, resembling synthetic flavoring rather than a natural coffee profile. I tried adjusting grind size, ratio, and brew method, but the result was the same. The flavor was unpleasant and honestly hard to drink. This did not feel like a clean or well-executed coffee, especially at a specialty coffee price point. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase here again.

Looking for Single Origin Tea, Parchmen & Co. can source for you. Time Flies 2021 ~ 2025 2021, It was still COVID-19 period in Singapore. Parchmen & Co. organised a cross countries between Singapore and Japan Tocha ~ Tea Game via Zoom. A taste of Single Origin Tea without travelling to Japan at one of their cafe Sun Ray Cafe at 79 Brighton Cres, Singapore 559218. 2025, I am honoured to have met in person Kajishima Kunie san (梶島邦江), director from NPO Agriculture Support Team in Saitama (狭山SINGLE ORIGIN TEA普及促進協議会, 代表, NPO法人, 埼玉農業おうえんしたい, 代表理事) organised by Parchmen & Co. at one of their cafe Parched by Parchmen (Ubi) in Aspial One Building.
