プーケットのミシュラン。タイのミシュランは味はめちゃめちゃオリエンタルで複雑。 美味しいんだけど、、、なんか複雑すぎるって感じです。パフォーマンスは面白いと思います。 繊細な味が好きな日本人には味は少し合わないかもしれませんが、プーケットには良いお店が少ないので、行く価値はあると思います。 ごちそうさまでした。. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿1,000+

Dining at Auli's Phuket was an experience that easily meets the standards of a Michelin-level restaurant. The food was exceptional in every aspect: the descriptions on the menu were precise, the presentation was absolutely first-class, and the flavors were executed with remarkable finesse. Each dish arrived looking flawless, and the taste consistently matched the visual promise. The service was equally impressive. Attentive, warm, and professional, the staff ensured that nothing was missing throughout the entire evening. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both kitchen and service perform at such a consistently high level. We also had the unique pleasure of enjoying the entire restaurant to ourselves as a couple, which made the experience even more intimate and special. It was an evening that fully justified the reputation and recognition this place has earned. Highly recommended, a truly outstanding dining experience that is absolutely worth it. The food was absolutely outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the chef’s table concept—it creates a unique opportunity to interact with the chefs and gain a deeper appreciation of the dining experience. The entire staff was incredibly kind, highly professional, yet warm and approachable at the same time. Special thanks to Charlie, the head chef, and to Arsen, the restaurant manager, for making our visit even more memorable. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making the whole experience feel both refined and pleasantly relaxed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
