Partage Pâtisserie A one-man bakery, one baker — and every bit of that dedication shows. Partage has become my go-to morning detour when the craving for a proper shiopan strikes. The Sea Salt Shiopan is the star: buttery and cottony soft on the inside, with a base and top that shatter satisfyingly with every bite. It is the kind of simple thing done so well that it stops you mid-mouthful. The Pain au Chocolat and the Chocolate Kouign-Amann — deeply caramelised, lacquered layers wound into a generous knot — were equally impressive. Flaky, well-laminated, and clearly made with care. For a small operation, the pastry output punches well above its weight. The flat whites were aromatic, but fell slightly short on the finish — an unusual dryness that leaned a little too acidic for my taste. Not a dealbreaker, but room to grow. I’ll be back for the cream cakes. Consider this an unfinished review.

Terence is all smiles! He patiently explained his bakes and the different flavours. The matcha blossom nice. The matcha flavour is fresh + abundant :) the black coffee also good, goes well with the pastries. I will try the Rocher next. Will most probably get the cake Forgot to take pictures..

The shio pan was really good — soft, buttery, and very satisfying. The pain au chocolat was on another level, super flaky with a rich chocolate filling, definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. Also tried their coffee petit gâteau. The coffee flavour was smooth and well-balanced, not too bitter, with a creamy texture on top of a crisp tart base. Really enjoyable and nicely done. The owner is also very friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely come back to try more.
