The food was ok, but the server was a nasty little woman! Maybe she doesn't like Americans but she was very rude. We ordered our dinner via the machine on the table, but when the 3 orders came out a little bit wrong, she didn't speak a word of English and didn't do anything to find out what we needed. Then she showed us the amount without the breakdown! When I indicated I wanted to see the bill breakdown on her computer, she gave me a nasty look and indicated that I needed to just pay the amount ($25 each) and forget it. Very rude girl. If she doesn't like foreigners, she picked the wrong town to work in since the café is a 5 minute walk from Osan Base! We will not return. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I loved Pasta Vino! They're all decorated for Halloween, which is extremely cute. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and relaxing. The whole place smells like garlic, which is basically heaven. The staff is very friendly, and they take reservations. We had our team of 10 there, and the staff was patient and helpful. The food was really good. I got the chicken and broccoli with spicy cream sauce, and it was amazing. The sauce was just lightly spicy, and the broccoli and chicken were cooked perfectly. All of my teams dishes looked great as well. The portions are just the right size for dinner.
