The miso carbonara really is very savoury. The miso is very light - just enough that you notice it's there.

I ordered the Miso Carbonara with Onsen egg, the texture of the carbonara was just right for me and it was not too greasy, the seaweed also adds additional favor to the food. Overall, the food was very nice and top point is that the owners were super nice...they were about to close for the day but reopen especially for me and my hubby. They were really nice...
