We are basing our reply based on the information from our delivery tablet order history, and from our cctv footage.Based on your photo, majority of the tandoori chicken pieces are on the bottom left. In addition, our cherry tomatoes are cut in half and cooked with the pasta - so it may seem like there are no tomatoes, but they are tossed into the pasta. As the photo seems like it shows the food untouched and taken immediately after opening the cover, we can not confirm if you managed to mix the pasta well before providing this review. We also note on the receipt which indicates you paid $15.92 after discounts and vouchers sponsored by us as well as the platform. The price of the item you ordered on our ala-carte menu when if you order directly from us is $16.70. Do keep in mind the platform commission fees when you order on platforms. In addition, from our order history, we can see clearly that you did not specifically request for cutlery (it indicates “do not provide cutlery” at the bottom of your receipt as well), so do ensure you select the option for the restaurant to provide cutlery before placing your orders on any delivery platform. Since it was indicated not to provide cutlery, we took it out of the bag after referring to the receipt. If you asked for it separately after we packed the food, we will include it for you when you ask politely, which we often do. Sorry if you thought that our floor crew was rude. To share, the tandoori chicken is freshly grilled and marinated in house on the day of your order - our stock take and dates on our food containers proves this. It is also a popular option because it highlights us as a fusion restaurant. We even have regular customers who order triple the amount of tandoori chicken and top up for it.Should you have any further concerns, you can take it up with the 3rd party app you ordered your food from instead of providing a negative review with no basis. Do consider the impact it has on any restaurant you order food from, or otherwise, consider making your own food in future.
