Do you know how some people show their worst during their notice period? Unfortunately for us as employers, your review is what happens when certain individuals are like this, as it severely affects us in all ways. We sincerely apologise for the actions of an individual person that does not represent who our company is as a whole. We have not spent 9 years in this economy building a negative image. Rest assured that we will continue and strive to improve the service for customers. That being said, we seek your understanding that item unavailability is due to us not being able to source for suitable alternatives from suppliers due to stock limitations. As some special items are imported from overseas, we are not able to source for good quality ingredients. We also feel apologetic for not being able to provide our full menu of over 40 items. Set lunch availability is limited (as mentioned on the menu itself), and popular ones will definitely be sold out faster than usual. We have a different set lunch everyday and it rotates every month, and you are more than welcome to try a different one everyday. As for quantity portions, the portion of soup is indeed 1 scoop across all sets - for both set lunch and make it a meal. It is a sampler portion which comes with a drink, and the bowl is larger to accommodate to a full portion of soup in the same bowl.
