Sharing my dissapointing experience at this particular outlet at west mall pastamnia. We ordered and paid at 0734pm. Waited almost half an hour. People came after us receive drinks and food first. Aproach 1 of the supervisor or manager, showing her the order on my phone asking if they receive our order. She said yes yes. So i sit at my table again. Fews seconds later she came over and ask to take picture of my phone order. Didnt even explain anything. Mind u. Can hear them laughing and talking at the counter but no one came to check on us all this while. My 2 kids already hungry and cranky. Finally our drinks came. And food came at 0807pm. And the supervisor or manager just said sorry. I dont know why system never get our receipt. Hmm. Dont u see us seating and waiting. The least you can do is to check on us wheteher we had order or not. Lucky the food was good. But service. Worst service experience at pastamania west mall Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered the salted egg yolk chicken spaghetti (SGD14) which tasted passable but I did not feel so good after eating it (abit queasy) although nothing eventually happened. The alfresco area outside should be cleaned by the service staff more frequently as some of the chairs tend to have fresh bird shit and the tables were not wiped down properly. Order and pay via QR quote on the table. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
