BTSナナ駅より徒歩7分ほどの所にある食事が美味しいルーフトップバー、アイラホテルバンコクスクンビット11の22階にあります、バーは自然の草木もあり幻想的な雰囲気でバンコクの夜景も綺麗です、DJブースが上にあって、ご機嫌な音楽が流れています時間帯によって音楽の激しさも変化してると思います夜中の方がノリノリな気がするフードメニューもたくさんあって、サラダや牡蠣や肉料理などどれも美味しお酒に会います魔法のランプのカクテルもあって写真映えも最高ですし言う事ないです、ドリンクは1杯2000円前後スパークリングワインはボトルの1番安いので12000円〜15000円だったと思います行く時は予約した方が良いかと思います特に週末は！ごちそうさまでした. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿2,000+

Last night was such a fun and memorable experience for me. PASTEL is really impressed me in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the night. The DJ played great music all night long — it was so fun that I couldn’t help getting up to dance. The food was also amazing, especially the duck dish. I highly recommend trying it! And the cocktails were absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you to everyone here for making my night such a wonderful experience I hope anyone who comes across this review will have the chance to visit and create a wonderful experience of your own. The reservation was made a week in advance via the Amex call center, and the process was smooth—Amex provided all necessary details, including the name of the restaurant staff who confirmed the booking. I appreciated the efficiency and clarity from Amex. Given the date coincided with Halloween and salary payday, I anticipated a lively and crowded atmosphere. While I didn’t expect any birthday surprises (as my partner prefers a low-key celebration), I did note the occasion in the reservation. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment from the restaurant staff, which suggests either a system oversight or a communication gap between Amex and the venue. ️ First Impressions Matter I arrived at 7:10 PM and was met with a delay at the entrance due to a table issue with previous guests. The lack of eye contact and greeting during this brief wait was noticeable. It wasn’t until other guests arrived behind me that I received a smile and welcome. This moment felt like the staff were more focused on internal logistics than acknowledging guests who had booked well in advance. On a positive note, I was eventually seated at the table I had requested, which was a pleasant surprise and showed attention to detail. However, shortly after, the space next to us was rearranged to accommodate additional guests. While I understand the need for flexibility on busy nights, this adjustment should ideally be done before guests arrive to maintain a smooth and respectful dining experience. The narrow gap created a pub-like atmosphere, detracting from the intimate setting we had hoped for. Time Limits & Communication Before placing our order, a staff member informed us that the dinner would be limited to two hours. While I understand operational constraints, the timing and tone of this message felt abrupt. It would have been more appropriate to mention this after the order was taken or during the reservation confirmation, rather than at the start of the meal. ‍ Service Highlights One standout was the expat staff member—possibly a manager—who approached us with warmth, menu suggestions, and genuine hospitality. His professionalism and attentiveness elevated the experience and reflected the brand’s standard. As a Thai guest, I found it interesting that the most welcoming interaction came from a foreign staff member, while the Thai staff seemed less engaged and below the service level I’ve experienced at comparable venues. Food & Wine Excellence The food and wine were exceptional. The menu selections were fascinating, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. This aspect of the evening truly lived up to expectations and was the highlight of our visit. Final Thoughts While the food and one staff member stood out, the overall service experience—especially from the Thai staff—left room for improvement. Attention to guest acknowledgment, smoother seating logistics, and clearer communication about time limits would enhance the experience significantly. Would I return? It’s hard to say. The food and wine were memorable, but the service inconsistencies make me hesitant. Still, I appreciate the effort and hope this feedback helps the team refine their guest experience.
