This is a 24-hour patisserie on the lobby floor at the Hyatt Regent at University Station in Sha Tin. You can purchase snacks during red eye hours, their normal bakery products and drink service are available during normal hours. Just a handful of two person tables available just outside the shop so be ready for take-away if they are full up. Have stopped by to meet friends here a couple times in recent months, coffee and tea are pretty good and if they have the signature Sha Tin apple pie available, give it a try. This is probably the best American style apple pie I've found outside of Hong Kong Island. Had a slice recently that was really, really good. If they offered a bit of whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice-cream, this would be a wow dessert order. Meal type: Other
