The counter lady seems to have an attitude. Didn’t expect this kind of service, as the cake is bit pricy. Not a good purchase experience.

Very bad customer service 1) cannot reserve a cake 2) company website error ask customer collect the cake after 5 pm.

Ordered a $400 cake with hearts and cloud at Mon Cher Dojima Sha Tin (can't leave a review because that store isn't on Google). When the cake was delivered it's toppings were full of cracks. Trash store. Will not order again. Chinese stores stop faking Japanese brands.
