3名でデラックスルーム利用でした！ デラックスルームはまあこんなものなのかな。 ベランダでタバコが吸えます。 パトンビーチはかなり近く、賑わっている地域なのでレストランや買い物、遊ぶ所は近いです！ チェックインの時にレストランの焼き鳥と冷奴、ビールの無料券をいただきました！ 洪水で出掛けられなかったので利用させていただきましたが、意外とクオリティ高かったです！

盛り場に近く、ショッピングセンターに近く、空港からの格安バスのバス停からも近くてとても便利 ただ、ホテルに着く前にマッサージの勧誘が数件ある 敷地に入る前に守衛所があり、安全なような気がする ビーチまでも遠くはない チェックインはパスポートをコピーされ、デポジットを支払う （私はカードで対応した） フロントでのチェックアウト手続きは、フロントから部屋係にいったん電話で確認したあと完了となる 部屋のバルコニーからは花火が見えた そして、夜は盛り場からの重低音が少々響く 朝食はフツー ※ 誰かを連れ込もうとすると、相手のIDカードを守衛がいったん保管 宿泊者のチェックも実施される それくらいしっかり管理されている

I had a very disappointing experience with both MakeMyTrip and Patong Resort Hotel. While booking Patong Resort Hotel, the photos shown on the listing gave the impression that I would be staying in the hotel’s main building. However, after check-in, I was allocated a room in a separate row-house style building. This important detail was never clearly disclosed in the listing or the photographs. Had I known that my room would be in a different type of accommodation, I would have chosen another hotel. The listing was misleading because it did not clearly distinguish between the main hotel building and the row-house accommodation. I feel cheated as the property I received was not what I reasonably expected based on the booking photos. Transparency is essential when selling hotel rooms. Guests should clearly know exactly which building and room category they are booking. I request MakeMyTrip and Patong Resort Hotel to update their listing with accurate photos and a clear description so that future travelers are not misled in the same way. I cannot recommend booking this property through MakeMyTrip unless the accommodation details are clearly specified before payment Service: 1
