The White House Bar & Restaurant was easily my favorite place in the area. It’s a perfect little brunch spot with a relaxed vibe, great service, and consistently good food. The two sisters who run it are absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and make the place feel warm and personal from the moment you walk in. Everything I tried was fresh, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. It’s the kind of spot you can come back to multiple times during a trip and never get tired of it. Highly recommended if you’re staying anywhere near Central Pattaya. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
