One would think after being a regular for 3 years it would be possible to get your food the way you like it, but I have yet to be able to get the staff to understand and succeed at making my fries crispy, in their hot dogs are 90% of the time served cold---in fact the food is inconsistent and the staff doesn't understand English, nor do they understand my efforts in speaking Thai. I've kind of given up ordering what I want and order what I think I can get more like what I want, like mashed potatoes instead of french fries, pork chop instead of teriyaki burger, because of teriyaki burger comes inconsistently cooked and dry oftentimes...
