The staff are consistently cheerful and approachable. Panuozzo is a great option for a quick meal during a busy corporate working day. The sourdough was exceptionally well-portioned with a generous amount of filling, while its preparation was executed impeccably, achieving an ideal balance in texture and taste. Ordered La mortazza - Good quality ingredients, flavorful and balanced taste of all ingredients. The carbonara pasta was good, al dante but bacon was salty to my preference. Will come back to try others

Just a small note: the meat used in our Carbonara is guanciale, not bacon, as we prepare it in the traditional Italian style. Delicious at best, I love all of them as I am an enthusiast about sourdough :). The boss is also very kind! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
