I recently placed a Chinese New Year catering order and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the payment and follow-up process. While making payment (approximately $2.3k), the website prompted that my session had timed out. There was no OTP or payment authentication triggered via Stripe, and no clear confirmation that the transaction had gone through. Assuming it had failed, I refreshed the page and made payment again. I later received two invoices for two identical orders, resulting in duplicate charges totalling about $4.6k. When I contacted the restaurant team, I was informed that refunds or cancellations were not possible and that only credits or upgrades could be offered. After waiting several hours for escalation to management, I was still left without a concrete resolution or follow-up. I understand that technical issues can happen, but being charged twice without clear payment authentication or confirmation is concerning. I hope management can step in to resolve this fairly and promptly. At this stage, I’m simply seeking a refund for the duplicate transaction. Service: 1

Ordered Peach Garden catering for my company event last night. The Signature menu is really value for money and tasted good as well. My guests enjoyed the food too. The service staff at the live station were also attentive to the guest's needs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
