お洒落な小さいホテルの内庭にあるカフェ。柚子オレンジティー、ピーチティーなどさっぱりした品揃えがあるので街歩きで疲れてる時にぜひ立ち寄りたいお店。ラテも美味しいです。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Pegasus Cafe & Roastery is a coffee gem tucked away from the streets, nestled between mango trees. The coffee is delicious—we had the yuzu cold brew and es-yen (with oat milk). The moment the owner took out the beans to grind per drink, the smell permeated the air—so fragrant! He takes his time to measure the beans per drink, adjusts the sweetness to your liking, and masters his technique of coffee making. He’s so knowledgeable about the technicalities of coffee and it shows in the beans. I left with a bag of his hand roasted beans to take home! He was so kind and even gave us recommendations for local tea shops. He even brewed some oolong tea that was divine! I highly recommend you to visit this cozy shop and enjoy the experience the owner provides! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
