Penn.izakaya is hidden gem. It’s not east to find. No big signs outside. But once you find it, the vibe is very interesting. It’s a small place, but we were able to get a table without too much trouble. Our servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the saki offerings. The food was a fusion style, with some Thai forward dishes and even some pastas. But it all goes back to Japan at the end of the night. We were a party of four and ordered many of the dishes. Some were hits and a couple were misses. It’s about personal taste, so I won’t rate individual dishes here, but there are enough choices that you are going to find something you like. This is a fun place for catching up with friends. Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
