Edit: I returned for dinner and ordered the Squid Ink Spaghetti with Octopus ($298) and a Margherita ($220). The spaghetti was decent but similarly small in portion. The Margherita was a complete disaster and tasted like a microwaved frozen pizza. There are far better options nearby, and this will be my last visit. Original review: Tried the $188 2-course lunch and ordered the Roasted Spring Chicken with Mushroom Sauce. To my surprise, the spring chicken looked more like a tiny piece on the plate. The skin was crisp and the sauce was yummy and rich, but that just couldn't make up for the small portion. Service was so-so too. Overall below par given the price. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–250 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We arrived a bit late to the Italian restaurant, but within 15 minutes, the staff was rude and pointed out that we were late. (Reservation period is 15 mins). While the restro with only 50% to 60% occupancy. The service left much to be desired, and it was disappointing to be treated like that. The reviews from other guests were spot on. After having lunch here, I felt unwell. I ordered the burrata salad, and there was water at the bottom of my plate. Clearly, the vegetables weren’t drained properly—it was very unappetizing! I also ordered the $68 shrimp pasta, but the shrimp was spoiled. My friends ordered the $98 steak, and it was just two small strips of meat. For this price, it was absolute garbage. A cosy atmosphere to enjoy delicious dishes. Best point being really the food. The kitchen is just excellent, the accuracy of seasoning and cooking makes the culinary experience perfect. I'm glad it's not like in any other restaurant giving you thousand different dishes. You cannot master everything. The little is the kitchen, the better are the dishes, proved here at the Penna. Also a big Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$450–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
