It was a most friendly place of stay ever. The humble owners and staff work hard and offering great stay to guests. The hotel location is near to ski lifts so that we could have made early start without stress everyday. Great gratitude to team of Pension Schnee, that added so much more to our first nozawa skiing experience!! Service: 5

A really cosy ski in/ out place with delicious food. Warm and friendly staff especially Mr Lee and an amazing wine collection in the middle of the ski slopes of Japan. We had a wonderful time with our family of 6. Miki was also very responsive to our queries through email. Service: 5
